AOS - GBM / Election

Ahmedabad Ophthalmological society's annual general body meeting will be held on 29th March 2020.

Applications are invited for the following Posts :
- President (one post)
- Vice President (one post)
- Executive secretary (one post)
- Treasurer (one post)
- Executive committee members (Three post)

Those who are interested send their application to the address of AOS Secretary, with Proposed and seconded member's name & sign, before 1-00 pm, 19th March 2020, Thursday.

Last day for withdrawal of application : 24th March 2020, Thursday, before 1-00 pm Date & Place of GBM and election (if required) : 10-00 am, 29th March 2020 Ellisbridge Gymkhana.

In case of election following rules will apply :
1) Voting right to ratified members only (AOS members ratified during last GBM)
2) Ratified members must bring their photo ID.
3) Proposer and seconded member must be present at the time of election.
4) In case of tie it will be decided by draw.
